Looking back over the past year, we can only say that we have been truly blessed.
Our rental market has remained constant with minimal problems with tenants. We trust that the relationships we continue to build on in the rental portfolio will continue to be good relationships. We had a few reports to the tribunal, but mainly tenants not adhering to the clauses in their contract.
Sales have continued to grow and 2016 has been a much better year despite the economic ups and downs.
The beginning of 2016 saw the hard work paying off for the latter part of 2015, teaching us to remain calm, no matter the storm. The hard work continued to pay-off throughout 2016 and we are eternally grateful to our clients for entrusting their property Rentals and Sales to Sharon Gerbach Properties and trust that we can continue to deliver the service to our clients and to ensure their best interest is taken care of.
