Sharon is the head and heart behind this organization. She is the owner and Principal, who started Sharon Gerbach Properties in 1998 out of her home. She has since gone from strength to strength to build this company into what it is today. During this time she has also opened doors and provided opportunities for others to join the industry as well as being a motivator and mentor to her staff and to many others within the industry.
Her passion for the industry is infectious, and she prides herself on guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process with ease. As the founder of Sharon Gerbach Properties, Sharon has built a stellar reputation for her market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and unwavering dedication to her clients needs as well as her team support.
Sharon loves the outdoors and mostly loves travelling. A previous ardent tennis player, a mother of two sons with a string value system.
